I first met Henry at Bambu prior to its closing. He shared with me his plan and vision about his next project in CoCo - CAVA by Bambu. Getting to then experience his vision has been amazing. When you walk into Cava you feel like you've walked into a Speak Easy in Chicago. Henry is welcoming to his friends and customers alike.

Tell us about your Family? I have a lovely family of 5 members and 1 dog
Where are you from? San Jose, Costa Rica
Where do you live? Paradizio Condominum Coco Beach
Why did you move to CoCo and how long have you lived here?
7 years for I have been running a Bar-Restaurant here
Do you have a job or own a business? Tell us about it? I'm owner of the first Wine Bar in the area, Cava byBambu it’s a place with great Wines, Whiskey´s, and Classic Mixology drinks.

Do you have any animals? Yes, 1 dog
What are your hobbies? Yes, Music (I have my own Radio Show)
What are your favorite restaurants? Well, I like a Steak House or Italian places
What is your favorite drink? Whiskey´s or Wines
What is your favorite beach and why? Tamarindo, Matapalo
and Cabuyal
What is your favorite place to visit outside of CoCo? San Jose Town
Tell us a fun story about your adventures in CoCo? My first years in
Coco, was a big adventure, many stories special in my place in that time

Tell us something that most people don’t know about you? Well, I I like to make friends and I like to help and collaborate in projects to improve our community.
