With roots in Costa Rica, Jonathan brings his local expertise and passion for the community, while Ila, a Costa Rican with an Israeli upbringing, adds a unique cultural flair.
When she's not managing the bar, Ila can be found exploring the depths of the ocean through scuba diving or cherishing quality time with her beloved cat. As a dedicated single mom to an incredible 11-year-old boy, Ila brings her nurturing spirit and determination to create a welcoming and family-friendly environment at their bar.
